The friendlyway supervisory board has appointed Karl-Joachim Veigel Executive Manager of Sales, Services, and Marketing.

Munich, 18 December 2008 – The supervisory board and management of friendlyway AG have appointed Karl-Joachim Veigel Executive Manager of the business area Sales, Services, and Marketing. Mr. Veigel will assume this position on January 1, 2009.
Karl-Joachim Veigel was CEO at Beta Systems Software AG (Berlin) and held a number of managerial positions at Siemens and Siemens Nixdorf before becoming a business consultant for midsize IT companies. He draws on more than 30 years experience in IT.
Background:
friendlyway aims to leverage its technological prowess to take a leading position on the fast-growing market for digital signage and kiosk solutions. Along with its global standard solutions business, friendlyway aims to acquire selected large-scale projects via resellers.
